How It Works

From sensors to insightsin four steps

A simple process to get your space live with AirCourt occupancy intelligence.

01

Site Assessment

Our team works with you to identify deployment locations, sensor coverage needs, power and connectivity options, and the right sensor for each location. You receive a deployment plan with timeline and equipment list before we move forward.

  • Location planning
  • Coverage analysis
  • Sensor selection
  • Deployment timeline
02

Sensor Installation

Our installation partners deploy and commission AirCam and AirWave sensors at the locations identified during site assessment. Sensors are weather-rated and solar-capable where needed, designed to minimize visual and operational impact. Field testing confirms each sensor is online and accurate before sign-off.

  • Minimal disruption
  • Power and connectivity validation
  • Weather-ready hardware
  • Field testing
03

Platform Setup

We configure your AirCourt account, user roles, and dashboards. Each member of your team gets access tailored to their role. If you want a public-facing map for residents or members, we configure that too.

  • Account creation
  • Role-based permissions
  • Location configuration
  • Dashboard activation
04

Live Insights

From the moment sensors come online, your dashboards populate with live occupancy data. Your team uses the platform to monitor spaces and plan resources. Residents and members can see real-time availability if you've enabled the public view. Our support team is available throughout.

  • Real-time dashboard
  • Historical reporting
  • Public map (if enabled)
  • Ongoing support
